2. Eligibility
To use our Platform, you must:

- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
- Ensure you log out of your account at the end of each session
- Not share your account credentials with any third party
- Be fully responsible for all activities that occur under your account
4. AI Trading Services
Lazer Markets provides an AI-powered trading platform that executes trades based on algorithmic analysis. You acknowledge and agree that:
- All trading decisions are generated by automated AI algorithms
- Past performance does not guarantee future results
- Trading involves substantial risk of loss
- You may lose some or all of your invested capital
- We do not guarantee any specific returns or profits
- The AI system has a 70% historical win rate with 88% profit on winning trades and a maximum loss of $10 on losing trades
5. Deposits and Withdrawals
5.1 Deposits
- Minimum deposit amount is $60 USD
- Deposits are processed via NOWPayments cryptocurrency gateway
- Deposits require admin verification before funds are credited
- Verification may take 10-30 minutes
5.2 Withdrawals
- Minimum withdrawal amount is $50 USD
- A 2% withdrawal fee applies to all withdrawals
- Withdrawals are processed within 24-48 hours after admin approval
- Withdrawals require email verification
- We reserve the right to request additional verification for large withdrawals
6. Fees and Charges
The following fees apply to platform services:
- Withdrawal Fee: 2% of withdrawal amount
- AI Trading Profit: 88% of stake on winning trades (you keep 100% of profit)
- Deposit Fee: No deposit fees (crypto network fees may apply)
- Inactivity Fee: No inactivity fees currently
7. Risk Disclosure
Trading cryptocurrencies and other digital assets involves significant risk. You acknowledge that:
- Cryptocurrency markets are highly volatile
- Prices can fluctuate dramatically in short periods
- You may lose your entire investment
- Past performance is not indicative of future results
- You should only invest funds you can afford to lose
- We do not provide financial advice
8. Prohibited Activities
You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:
- Using the Platform for any illegal purpose or in violation of any laws
- Attempting to manipulate or interfere with the AI trading system
- Creating multiple accounts or using fake identities
- Attempting to bypass withdrawal limits or verification requirements
- Reverse engineering or attempting to extract source code
- Using automated scripts or bots to interact with the Platform
- Harassing, threatening, or harming other users or staff
9. Account Suspension and Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately, without prior notice, for any violation of these Terms, including but not limited to:
- Providing false or misleading information
- Engaging in fraudulent or illegal activities
- Attempting to hack or compromise platform security
- Chargeback fraud or payment disputes
- Violation of our risk management policies
10. Intellectual Property
All content on the Lazer Markets platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software, is the property of Lazer Markets or its content suppliers and is protected by international copyright laws. Our proprietary AI algorithms and trading systems are confidential trade secrets.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lazer Markets and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:
- Your use or inability to use the Platform
- Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein
- Any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from our Platform
- Any bugs, viruses, trojan horses, or the like that may be transmitted to or through our Platform
- Any errors or omissions in any content or for any loss or damage incurred as a result of the use of any content posted, emailed, transmitted, or otherwise made available through the Platform
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Lazer Markets and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney's fees) arising from:
- Your use of and access to the Platform
- Your violation of any term of these Terms
- Your violation of any third-party right, including without limitation any copyright, property, or privacy right
- Any claim that your content caused damage to a third party
13. Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. If we make material changes to these Terms, we will notify you by email or through a notice on our Platform prior to the effective date of the changes. Your continued use of the Platform after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
14. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Lazer Markets operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that jurisdiction.
15. Severability

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Lazer Markets regarding your use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements and understandings, whether written or oral.
